What is the maximum capacity of your event space?
GTE Events4U has a maximum capacity of 20 people.
Are there any restrictions on decorations or modifications to the space?
Yes, you can bring your own decorations, but nothing permanent can be placed on the walls or floors. If you need to rearrange the room, we can work with you when you rent the space.
Can we bring our own catering, or do you have preferred vendors?
Yes, you can bring your own food, and we also have a list of catering options available for the venue.
What are your rental rates, and do you offer any discounts for off-peak hours or weekdays?
Our rental rates start at $65/hour, with special packages for different occasions. Weekday rates are lower than weekends, and we may offer discounts during off-peak times.
Do you provide any audiovisual equipment, such as a sound system or projector?
Yes, we offer some audiovisual equipment depending on your needs, but you're welcome to bring your own as well.
